Prof. Issarachai Ngamroo has been approached by SCG Cleanergy to provide consultation on the application of Grid Forming Inverter technology for solar energy and related projects, with potential collaboration with the PSDSC team. The meeting was held on Wednesday, 25th March, from 13:00 - 15:00, PW-206, Department of Electrical Engineering, School of Engineering, KMITL.
Prof. Issarachai Ngamroo has made remarkable research contributions that have helped elevate the Electrical Engineering at King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang to No. 2 in Thailand.
Prof. Issarachai Ngamroo delivered a special lecture entitled “Inverter-Based Renewable Energy Systems: Smart Grid-Forming Inverters—The Key to Power Grids with 100% Inverter-Based Energy Sources” on Monday, 2 February 2026, from 08:30 to 12:15, at Room EN617, Department of Electrical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Naresuan University, with over 60 participants, including representatives from the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand, industry professionals, external and internal faculty members, and interested students.

The PSDSC team participated in the 48th Electrical Engineering Conference (EECON48),
held from 19–21 November 2025 in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Prof. Issarachai Ngamroo also delivered a keynote speech at the event. In addition, Mr. Sorasak Jaingeawkum had the opportunity to present the Power Grid Analyzer (PGAz) project.

held from 15–17 October 2025 in Pattaya City, Thailand.

Mr. Sorasak Jaingeawkum introduces the PGAz Demo to train third-year Electrical Engineering students at KMITL to help them develop a more comprehensive understanding of PF analysis during the lecture of ELECTRICAL POWER SYSTEM OPERATION AND CONTROL.
Dr. Tossaporn Surinkaew has secured funding from the National Research Council of Thailand for the period 2025-2027, for research on the topic "Enhancing Future Grid Stability through an Intelligent Forming/Following Framework for Harmonizing Distributed Controllable Loads and Energy Resources."
